I am a Digital Transformation Consultant and Product Leader with a strong technical background in Telecommunications Engineering. My expertise lies in turning complex operational challenges into efficient, automated systems and building digital products from 0 to 1. I thrive at the intersection of technology and business, leveraging data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and innovation.

Currently, I combine two complementary roles that provide a holistic view of the tech ecosystem:

• At ITnow (CaixaBank Group): I lead high-impact digital transformation initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and automating critical processes. My work has delivered measurable efficiency gains, reducing manual workload by 90% and enabling cross-functional teams to focus on value-driven tasks.

• LÄNKA: As Co-Founder & Head of Product, I am building a specialized mobile ecosystem for the skiing community. I spearheaded the product journey from initial concept to a successful MVP launch with 100+ beta users, defining the roadmap, monetization strategy, and user experience.
